Implementation Plan
In accordance with the Action Plan and in line with the legislative requirements set forth in Public Law 109-95, agency- and department-specific implementation plans are due within 180 days of the plan’s launch.
These are forward looking plans, specifying how each U.S. Government entity that committed to the Action Plan will work to achieve its objectives. The consolidated interagency implementation plans reflect how interagency partners are using existing resources to meet the Action Plan’s objectives. These are “living documents” and may be amended to reflect developments and changes in U.S. Government programming.
