Learn more about U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID’s) Center of Excellence on Children in Adversity (CECA), the U.S. Government departments and agencies committed to the Action Plan, and the Global Alliance for Children (a public-private partnership).

The Center on Children in Adversity (CECA) plays a central role in coordinating the implementation of the Action Plan. Led by the Special Advisor on Children in Adversity, CECA works collaboratively with seven U.S. Government agencies and departments as well as U.S. Missions, civil society, the United Nations and the scientific community to systematically implement the Action Plan. A public-private partnership, the Global Alliance for Children, complements this effort by supporting the goal of the Action Plan.
